Harrogate Food Angels was founded in 2012. The closure of the meals on wheels service left a real gap and they wanted to respond to local demand. Their team of dedicated volunteers now deliver over 100 homemade meals every day.

A hidden gem run by volunteers to celebrate the heritage of the wonderful Washburn Valley. A stunning extension to Fewston Church, it’s free to come in! The Washburn Heritage Centre features exhibitions about the heritage of the Valley, and we run an extensive programme of events including walks, workshops, talks and courses. At week-ends there is a popular tea-room featuring a wide selection of home-made cakes. The Centre is fully accessible and is available for hire.
